Complete One-Page Rules — First to 3 Property Sets Wins
Objective
Be the first to collect three complete property sets of different colors.
Setup
- Remove the 4 Quick Start cards.
- Shuffle the deck and deal 5 cards to each player.
- Place the rest as a draw pile. Choose a first player.
On Your Turn
- Draw 2 cards (or 5 if you start with none).
- Play up to 3 cards:
- Bank: Place money or action cards as cash.
- Property: Place in front of you.
- Action: Use the effect. Discard after use (or bank it).
- End turn: Discard down to 7 cards if needed.
Payments & Debt
- Pay with your bank and/or properties — never from hand.
- You choose what to pay with. No change if you overpay.
- If you can’t pay full, give what you can. Nothing? Then skip payment.
Action Cards
- Deal Breaker: Steal a complete set.
- Sly Deal: Take one property (not full set).
- Forced Deal: Swap one property with an opponent.
- Debt Collector: Charge one player.
- It’s My Birthday: Everyone gives you $2M.
- Just Say No: Cancel any action.
- Rent: Charge for properties Use Double Rent to increase.
- Pass Go: Draw 2 more cards.
Properties & Wilds
- Wilds can move between sets on your turn.
- Rainbow wilds have no cash value when banked.
- Railroads and Utilities are separate sets.
Houses & Hotels
- Place a House on a full set to raise rent.
- Add a Hotel only after a house is built.
- Houses/Hotels can't go on Railroads or Utilities.
Winning
First player with 3 full property sets of different colors wins!
Tip: Group properties by color. Keep money and actions in a neat bank pile.
