DeHaven Family Ops is a private household tool used only by Michael and Megan DeHaven. It is not offered to the public.
What it accesses. With our permission, it reads our own Gmail and Google Calendar to prepare one daily family email: school and activity dates, things we need to do, and our shared calendar. It can apply labels and filters to our own inboxes and add, update or remove events on our family calendar.
Where the data goes. It runs on a computer in our home. To write the daily email, the relevant message text is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI service. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any other purpose. It sends email only to the two of us.
Google user data. DeHaven Family Ops' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access. Either of us can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
